Next match- Thursday, March 11 @ NS vs. Brasher Middle College & Emerald (4:00). The Wildcats competed well in their 1st match of the year against one of the best teams in Class AA. It was nip & tuck throughout, but a couple of shots here & there was the difference. Jordan Jay led the way for the Cats w/an even par round of 36, finishing strong w/an incredible 3-wood approach shot to the par 5 9th hole setting up a putt for eagle. The eagle putt just missed & Jay settled for birdie on the finishing hole. After a less than glamorous start, Addison Shealy put his game together an recorded 3 birdies of his own & also finished w/a birdie on the last hole. Tyler Allison hit several good shots as well setting up some birdie opportunities, but just missed by inches several times.
