MINUTES FOR CALLED BOARD MEETING

OCTOBER 23, 2007

PRESENT: Mr. Ray Jackson

Mr. Sam Corley

Mr. Dayne Pruitt

The media were notified of the time, date, place, and purpose for the called meeting.

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 12:30 for the purpose of an executive session to hear a student matter.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Mr. Sam Corley, seconded by Mr. Ray Jackson, to enter into executive session for a student matter. All were in favor.

GENERAL SESSION: A motion was made by Mr. Sam Corley, seconded by Mr. Dayne Pruitt, to enter into general session. All were in favor.

The following motion was made by Mr. Dayne Pruitt, seconded by Mr. Ray Jackson, and all were in favor:

The student in question (ID# 510000270173) is no longer a resident in the Ninety Six School District and therefore must attend school in Greenwood School District 50. If the student should return to Ninety Six High School, she will be assigned alternative school placement for a period of one full grading period.

There being no further business for discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
