Prior to working for the district, he worked for the CPA firm Manley Garvin in Greenwood where he served as an auditor of government and non-profit entities, including auditing Greenwood School District 52. Andrew also specialized in individual and small-business taxes. Before entering the accounting and finance world, Andrew was a sports reporter. He worked for the Index-Journal for nearly five years and also worked for two newspapers in Indiana.
Andrew was born in Indianapolis and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He earned his journalism degree from Ohio University and his accounting degree from Colorado State University. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license in 2017.
Andrew is married to Jasmine Brooks and they have three kids -- Brooks, Monroe and August.

I am Jennifer Fleming, Payroll Benefits Administrator for Greenwood School District 52. I am proud to say that I am a Ninety Six High Alumni and have worked for this district for 16 years. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Lander University in Business Administration. I am involved with the Ninety Six Athletic Booster Club as an effort to serve all of the student athletes in our district. I am the proud mom of three wonderful children and the proud Gigi to one new grandson.
