Per District Procurement Policy, surplus supplies, materials and equipment shall be disposed of through competitive sealed bids or public auction. The District conducts surplus sales through the GovDeals internet auction site at www.govdeals.com. Please refer to the website for all terms and conditions of sale. Most items for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect property prior to bidding. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied.
