District 52 Encourages Families to Take Precautions Amid Measles Cases in the Upstate According to the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH), several measles cases have been confirmed across the state this year, including recent cases in unvaccinated individuals in the Upstate. Because measles is highly contagious, school-aged children and community settings are at particular risk for transmission.
D50 Names Andrew Macke Assistant Superintendent for Business Following Monday’s Board of Trustees called meeting, Greenwood School District 50 announced Andrew Macke as the district’s new Assistant Superintendent for Business. Macke joins District 50 from Ninety Six School District, where he served as the Executive Director of Finance for the last four years.
